We are looking for a motivated Helpdesk to join our technical team. This role is ideal for someone who wants real hands-on IT experience and to grow in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support (hardware, software, network issues)
- Assist users with daily technical problems
- Install and configure PCs, printers, and basic network devices
- Troubleshoot Windows and basic networking issues
- Document tickets and solutions
Must Have
- CCNA knowledge or certification
- MCSA knowledge or certification
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Must be able to work in the Industrial Zone, 6th of October City
Nice to have
- Basic Windows Server experience
- Good English reading and writing
- Willingness to learn and grow
