We are looking for a motivated Helpdesk Intern to join our technical team. This role is ideal for someone who wants real hands-on IT experience and to grow in a professional environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support (hardware, software, network issues)
  • Assist users with daily technical problems
  • Install and configure PCs, printers, and basic network devices
  • Troubleshoot Windows and basic networking issues
  • Document tickets and solutions

Must Have

  • Basic knowledge of IT support and computer systems
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo

Nice to have

  • CCNA knowledge or certification
  • MCSA knowledge or certification
  • Basic Windows Server experience
  • Good English reading and writing
